My Area Realty was founded by Saeid Mirzadeh and Glenn Gurvitch. Graduates of the University of Florida, they are changing the service standard for real estate clients in Palm Beach County.

About
Glenn Gurvitch is the Managing Director for My Area Realty, Inc. After graduating from University of Florida in 2002, Glenn began his real estate career by buying his first investment home at age 24 in Orlando. It was during this time that Glenn gained experience as a Builder for TaylorMorrison Homes in Orlando and obtained his State of Florida Residential Contractor License. After several years working for TaylorMorrison, Glenn decided to take all of this real estate related experience and open up My Area Realty with Broker Saeid Mirzadeh. Glenn Gurvitch and Saeid Mirzadeh founded My Area Realty, a full-service residential brokerage firm that specializes in buyers, sellers, and renters in Palm Beach County
